RECEPTION
Our receptionists provide a welcoming environment while answering any questions and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. Their main responsibility is checking-in every customer, patient, and visitor coming into the business. They assist in organizing all online orders, answering and directing phone calls, with some minor paperwork and processing. We seek out friendly, easy-going, eagerly helpful individuals with an understanding of the importance of compliance.
BUD TENDER
Our sales associates are equipped with product knowledge, a friendly disposition, and the ability to listen and analyze the needs of each individual in order to recommend products. It is their responsibility to help each customer and patient identify what products will work for them, while discovering new and exciting products. We look for team players that are self-motivated, strive for exceptional customer service, with an understanding of the importance of compliance. While past cannabis and/or retail experience is not required, it is beneficial.
