CA FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How can we help you?

We are open 9 AM to 9 PM seven days a week. In the event of a major holiday, we will post store hours.

We are located at 210 Phelan avenue, San Jose, CA 95112. We are directly across from Interstate Battery and next to East Bay Color Services. Find us on Google Maps Here.

Every item must have a receipt and/or packaging with barcode and product information.

Flower

Flower and pre-roll sales are all final.

Cartridges

Cartridges may only be returned or exchanged by reason of manufacturing defect within 48 hours of purchase.

Concentrates

Concentrate sales are final.

Batteries

Batteries must be returned with the charger within 48 hours of purchase.

Edibles and Tinctures

Edibles and tinctures may only be returned with at least 75% of the product remaining and if the product has expired, contains mold, or other contaminants within 48 hours of purchase.

Topicals

Topical sales are final.

We do not accept returns of any product on the basis of taste or undesired effect.

We serve both the medical and recreational communities. If you are 21 or older with a valid ID, come on in!

Unfortunately, due to San Jose regulations we cannot accept expired IDs. However, if you have a renewed temporary ID from the DMV along with your expired ID, we can accept that.

Yes! We are able to accept IDs and passports.

To place an online order for in-store pick up, head to our Weedmaps or Leafly pages. View our full menu there and you can add items to your cart. Log in to place your order and we will have it ready for you when you arrive.

Please use VALID ID. 

Any orders made within 10 minutes of arrival will not be eligible for the online orders line.
